Returns
We will accept returns for standard unused items in their original condition. We are unable to accept returns for products with customisations.
You must raise your intent within 10 days of receiving the item (via email or through our contact form), and ship the item back to us within 20 days of receiving the item. Please confirm with us before returning the item.
Return postage is at the cost of the consumer. This is at your own risk and lost items will not be compensated for.
Once we receive your order and confirm it is in the original condition, a refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Warranty
If any item purchased from us is faulty (including customised products), we will as appropriate repair, replace, reduce the price or provide a refund.
You must return the item via tracked courier, and we will refund the cost of postage if the item is deemed faulty.
Misuse, wear and tear, age and general use will not be considered as a fault and could be considered for a repair at cost to the consumer.
